Terms of service

Last updated: 18 October 2026

These terms apply to every order you place on kitchenbuildr.co.uk. Please read them before you order. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. About us

KitchenBuildr is a trading name of QUADM GROUP LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17289630). Our registered office is 109 Coleman Road, Leicester, LE5 4LE, United Kingdom.

You can contact us at hello@kitchenbuildr.co.uk or on 0330 174 5858.

2. Our products

We sell flatpack kitchen cabinets, doors and accessories for self assembly. Every cabinet comes with its doors or drawer fronts, hinges and legs. Handles, plinths, end panels and worktops are sold separately unless stated.

We've made every effort to show our products accurately. Colours on screen can vary, so the finish of your products may look slightly different in person.

All sizes are given in millimetres and are nominal. Small variations within normal manufacturing tolerances are not a fault.

3. Measurements and planning

You are responsible for checking that the products you order fit your space. Our measuring guide can help.

If you use our free planning service through Submit your plan, we'll plan your kitchen based on the measurements and information you give us. We can't accept responsibility for errors caused by inaccurate or incomplete measurements. Please check your plan and parts list carefully before you order.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT at the current rate. Delivery charges are shown at checkout.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna. Payment is taken when you place your order. If you pay with Klarna, Klarna's own terms also apply.

If we've made an obvious pricing error, we'll contact you before dispatch. You can then either pay the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Trade customers: approved trade account holders receive 20% off. Trade accounts are for businesses only and are subject to approval.

5. Your order

After you place an order, we'll send an email confirming we've received it. The contract between us is formed when we send a second email confirming your order has been accepted or dispatched.

We may refuse or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, if there's a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If this happens, we'll refund you in full.

You can change your order at any time before it's dispatched by contacting us with your order number.

6. Delivery

Delivery costs £29.99, or is free on orders over £399, to most of mainland UK. Some postcodes carry a surcharge. Full details are on our delivery information page.

  • Orders are delivered by pallet to the kerbside. The driver can't carry items inside or upstairs.
  • Someone aged 18 or over must be present to sign for the delivery.
  • You must make sure the delivery address is suitable for a large lorry with a tail lift, and tell us about any access restrictions when you order.
  • Delivery times are estimates. We'll do our best to meet them but aren't responsible for delays outside our control.
  • If a delivery fails because nobody is home or access isn't possible, a redelivery charge may apply.

Responsibility for the products passes to you when they are delivered. Ownership passes to you once we've received full payment.

7. Damaged, missing or faulty items

Please check all boxes against your delivery note before signing. If anything is damaged, sign for it as "damaged" and take photos while the driver is there.

Tell us about any damaged or missing items within 48 hours of delivery (or within 7 days for damage you only find when unpacking), with your order number and photos, and we'll send replacements free of charge. This doesn't affect your legal rights for faulty goods.

8. Your right to cancel

If you're a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of the day you receive it, without giving a reason.

To cancel, email us at hello@kitchenbuildr.co.uk with your order number. You must then return the items within 14 days of telling us.

  • Items must be returned unused, unassembled and in their original packaging.
  • You're responsible for the cost of returning items, unless they're faulty or we sent the wrong item.
  • If items are assembled, damaged or not in their original packaging, we may reduce your refund to reflect the loss in value.
  • We'll refund you within 14 days of receiving the items back, or of you providing proof that you've sent them, to your original payment method.
  • If you return your whole order, we'll also refund the standard delivery charge you paid.

Full details are in our returns and refunds policy. Trade customers buying for business purposes don't have a legal right to cancel, but we may accept returns of unused, unassembled items in their original packaging at our discretion.

9. Faulty items and your legal rights

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, our products must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If they're not, you're entitled to a repair, replacement or refund, depending on the fault and when you report it.

Our products also come with a guarantee against manufacturing faults, with hinges and fittings covered for up to 5 years. See our guarantee for details. The guarantee is in addition to your legal rights.

The guarantee and our liability don't cover damage caused by incorrect assembly or installation, misuse, water damage, normal wear and tear, or changes made to the products.

10. Assembly and installation

Our products are designed for self assembly using the instructions provided. Installation, including plumbing, gas and electrical work, must be carried out by a suitably qualified person. We are not responsible for installation work carried out by you or anyone else.

11. Price Match & Beat

Our Price Match & Beat promise is subject to its own terms, which you can read on our Price Match & Beat page.

12. Our liability

If we fail to meet these terms, we're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our failure. We're not responsible for loss or damage that isn't foreseeable, or for business losses such as loss of profit or business interruption.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't be limited by law. Your legal rights as a consumer are not affected.

13. Events outside our control

We're not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as severe weather, strikes or supplier failures. If this happens, we'll tell you as soon as possible and do what we can to reduce the delay.

14. Your information

We use your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

15. Complaints

If you're unhappy with anything, please contact us at hello@kitchenbuildr.co.uk and we'll do our best to resolve it quickly.

16. General

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are those in place when you placed it.

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest will still apply. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in the courts of your home country.
